Highline Warren is currently seeking an experienced Inbound/Receiving Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing the receiving department in the distribution center. This role involves managing incoming shipments, verifying contents, documenting shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory levels.

This is a closing shift position with a start time of 11 AM.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise receiving team members and assign tasks as needed
• Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and quality, and report any discrepancies
• Document received items and update inventory records in the system
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Coordinate with other departments to prioritize incoming shipments and resolve any issues promptly
• Train new team members on receiving procedures and safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and organized receiving area
• Participate in regular inventory counts and audits to reconcile discrepancies and prevent shrinkage

Basic Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• 3 years of distribution experience and 2 years of experience in a Warehouse Lead position
