Summary of Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to fill the role of Director of Product Information & Process Management. First and foremost, this individual needs to be a strong people leader and operator, with the ability evaluate process from end to end, and has a track record of developing strategies and effectively driving them thru execution. The ideal candidate will lead the strategy, execution, and governance of product information management (PIM) systems while optimizing processes and managing cross-functional projects. This position is key to ensuring product data accuracy, efficiency in product lifecycle management, and successful project delivery across teams. This role will be responsible for all product information related to distributed and manufactured products, including responsibilities to collect and maintain needed information to effectively distributed throughout the organization in multiple ways to service our customers.
This role will manage and oversee Highline Warren’s product information to help provide the business with high-quality assets and attributes that are easily accessible in a consistent manner. Be responsible for product information related activities to ensure our data is complete, accurate, and follows data governance polices. This role will be responsible for managing the cleansing and enriching master data across multiple data domains. This role will require the ideal candidate to be a strong collaborator, partnering with Category Management, Integrated Marketing, Sales, and our suppliers.

- Act as the primary owner of the PIM tool, responsible for its roadmap, improvements, and user adoption.
- Gather business requirements, translate them into technical specifications, and work with IT or external vendors to implement enhancements.
- Lead and develop a team of individuals responsible for item creation and data maintenance.
- Manage PIM-related projects from conception to completion, ensuring milestones are met and stakeholders are informed.
- Monitor industry trends and best practices, recommending PIM optimizations to support business goals.
- Lead the overall PIM strategy, ensuring that the organization’s product data is managed effectively and is always accurate, accessible, and complete.
- Own the development and implementation of the PIM system to enhance data consistency across multiple platforms and sales channels.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g., marketing, IT, sales) to ensure seamless integration of product information with key systems.
- Ensure compliance with data governance policies and monitor data quality to optimize business performance
- Lead process improvement initiatives related to product information management, optimizing workflows to increase efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.
- Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, from scoping and planning through execution and delivery, ensuring that all projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, risk assessments, and status reports for key stakeholders.
- Work cross-functionally to ensure clear communication and manage dependencies between teams.

- Ability to project management work streams to trouble shooting issues, overcoming obstacles, and ensure timely delivery.

- Automotive and industry enthusiast a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in product information management, process optimization, and project management.
- Proven experience with PIM systems (e.g., Salsify, Informatica, Stibo) and a strong understanding of product lifecycle management.
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and manage multiple stakeholders across business and technical teams.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EnterWorks, Stibo, Informatica or MDM tool.
- Hands-on experience as data steward, data engineer, or data manager required.
- Experience in SQL for data preparation and analysis a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (SOP focused).
- Proficiencies: Microsoft Suite, including Excel with a working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
