ASSOCIATE CATALOG MANAGER

Summary:

This role is responsible for researching, compiling, and maintaining accurate and comprehensive product information for the Highline Warren Catalog system. The associate will gather, analyze and process fitment as well as competitive interchange data to be delivered to downstream recipients. This role will report to the Highline Warren Catalog Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough research on assigned automotive parts categories to ensure accurate and up-to-date catalog information.
• Maintain and update the product database, ensuring consistency and accuracy across all catalog entries.
• Coordinate with Category Management team on identifying product line gaps
• Collaborate with manufacturers, suppliers, and other providers to acquire fitment data for assigned product types.
• Analyze market trends and competitor catalogs to identify opportunities for catalog improvement and expansion.
• Generate coverage analysis and eliminate errors/issues where found.
• Troubleshooting and feedback management on issues – take corrective action.

Key Skills:

• Thorough understanding of Autocare ACES and PIES standards
• Working knowledge of PIM systems and managing fitment data within/without a PIM.
• Strong project management skills with adherence to timeline and budget constraints.
• Excellent Excel skills including VLOOKUP, data import/export, etc.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories is a plus
• Superior communication skills
