Catalog Information Manager

SUMMARY

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Catalog Manager to join our dynamic team. The Catalog Manager will be responsible for managing and maintaining the product catalog, ensuring accurate and up-to-date information is available to customers and internal teams. This role requires a strong understanding of automotive parts, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function.

  • Maintain catalog process at Highline Warren for +3,200 items across 6 categories.
  • Utilize catalog database to efficiently update, monitor, and correct parts and application coverage.
  • Develop, maintain, and transmit ACES and PIES data to all Highline Warren customers and data receivers
  • Maintain internal part specification and attribute files
  • Provide requested application support to both internal and external customers.
  • Coordinate with Category Management team on New part introduction and coverage expansion initiatives.
  • Assist with Application research, Interchange maintenance as needed
  • Manage digital assets for Highline Warren brands.
  • Other duties as assigned.

MARGINAL FUNCTIONS

The individual may be asked to perform other duties as requested.

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES

An individual qualified for this job must be able to:

  • Proficiency in catalog management software, Microsoft Office Suite, and data analysis tools(SQL/Python).
  • Proficient with AutoCare Standards(ACES/PIES).
  • Familiarity with Filters (oil, cabin, air), wipers and belts a plus.
  • Self-starter, organized, thorough and strong attention to detail.
  • Not afraid of change and possesses the ability to switch gears quickly as priorities evolve in a fast paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Champion of diversity and inclusion.

MINIMUM EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION, AND CERTIFICATIONS

An individual qualified for this job must have and maintain the following qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 Years of Automotive Catalog Application Data Experience.
