Overview of role

The Channel Marketing Intern will have broad exposure across Integrated Brand Marketing, with key responsibilities specifically focused on enhancing marketing effectiveness within one of our key channels – retail, aftermarket or installer. The Intern will be assigned a project that represents timely and relevant business needs and leverages innovating marketing strategies. At the end of the summer, there will be an opportunity to present key learnings to marketing leadership.

Highline Warren is headquartered in Memphis, Tennessee, but our teammates are located all across North America. The Senior Director of Integrated Brand Marketing, as well as the broader marketing leadership team, are located in Charlotte, N.C. and routinely meet in person.

This role will be located in Charlotte, N.C. with the expectation of meeting in person one time per week. The remaining workdays will be remote.

Location: Charlotte, North Carolina

Type: Hybrid (no formal office setting; occasional in-person meetings)

Duration: May 2025 to August 2025

Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours/week

Responsibilities

  • Leverage innovative marketing strategies and tactics to drive volume and profit within key sales channels – retail, aftermarket or installer
  • Gather and organize relevant input and content at various stages of sales funnel to support new project commercialization and launch
  • Support key customer touchpoints such as product line review presentations, customer meeting preparation, trade shows and events
  • Scope and manage marketing projects leveraging cross-functional partners.
  • Provide Master Data Management support for new item set-up
  • Present learnings from internship to marketing leadership team at the end of the summer

Minimum experience and education
