Warehouse Associate

Department: Operations-SHIPPING
Location: Medina, MN

ob Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient Warehouse Associate to join our team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for accurately and efficiently handling incoming and outgoing shipments, organizing and maintaining inventory, and ensuring a clean and organized warehouse environment. You will also be required to operate warehouse machinery and vehicles in a safe manner.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED equivalent.
- Proven experience as a Warehouse Associate or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required.
- Familiarity with warehouse software systems, such as inventory management software.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and record-keeping.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines.

Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and verify incoming shipments against purchase orders or invoices.
- Inspect and sort all items received, ensuring they are in good condition.
- Place received items in designated storage areas and update inventory records.
- Prepare outgoing shipments, including picking, packing, and labeling items.
- Ensure accuracy in order fulfillment and maintain proper documentation.
- Organize and maintain inventory by conducting regular counts and stock replenishment.
- Operate warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks, in a safe and efficient manner.
- Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment, following safety guidelines.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize warehouse processes and improve efficiency.
- Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and reconciliations.
- Report any inventory discrepancies or damaged items to the Warehouse Supervisor.
