Setting: Hybrid (Monday – Thursday Onsite, Friday Remote Flexibility)
Duration: May 25, 2026 – August 8, 2026
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 40 hours/week
Overview of Role
Highline Warren is seeking an ambitious, self-motivated intern to join our Customer Operations team within the Commercial Sales organization. This internship offers a hands-on opportunity to contribute to projects and process improvements that directly support customer retention and sales growth. As an intern, you’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain—to gain valuable experience in a dynamic, fast-paced industry. This role is ideal for a current student looking to develop real-world business skills while making a measurable impact.
Key Responsibilities
Process Improvement: streamline manual processes (make less manual)
eCommerce activities: Customer-facing analysis; internal collaboration designed to increase revenue, streamline processes, driving adoption
Data/spreadsheet clean-up – create ordering template that can be uploaded
Customer Master analysis/processes – how to update
Required Skills, Knowledge, and Abilities
Go-getter personality with an eagerness to learn, willingness to “roll up your sleeves” to get the job done and focus on building relationships within the company.
Desire to pursue business and direct customer interaction career
Comfortable with data analytics eg: Microsoft Suite
Demonstrable logically driven mindset
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Minimum Experience and Education
Must be a current junior student at a college or university (rising senior student during the summer internship).
