The Director of Operations (MFG) is responsible for directing, organizing, and monitoring the operational activities associated with the company’s manufacturing operations. The individual in this position will develop and sustain systems and processes necessary to ensure efficiency and timeliness to meet production requirements and needs of customers in a safe, quality oriented, and cost-effective manner. This person must exhibit exceptional leadership, organizational, and communication skills, solid project management and people skills.
