Highline Warren is a vertically integrated manufacturer and distributor of consumable and maintenance products within the North American automotive aftermarket, primarily providing conventional and synthetic lubricants, windshield washer fluids, antifreezes, and chemical products. Manufacturing and distributing over 25,000 products across owned brands, licenses, private label and third parties, we are also the largest and lowest cost producer of windshield wiper fluid and passenger car motor oil. In November 2020, Highline Aftermarket and Warren Distribution were brought together to create the company it is today. This new company brought together over 100 years of liquids manufacturing excellence with a national distribution network and enabled us to offer value others can’t: unmatched assortment, scale and tailored service. We want to keep our internal and external customers at the center of everything we do and are building our first-ever Product Information team.
Summary of Role
We are seeking a candidate with proficient experience and knowledge to join our growing Product Information team. The candidate will manage with our data management process and continue our digital content expansion.
This role will manage and oversee Highline Warren’s data assets to help provide the business with high-quality data that is easily accessible in a consistent manner. Be responsible for product master data-related activities to ensure our data is complete, accurate, and follows data governance polices. This role will be responsible for managing the cleansing and enriching master data across multiple data domains. This role will also partner with the Category Management and Marketing teams on the execution of data policy and standards adherence,
- Creates, reviews, and approves Vendor, Supplier, and Product master change requests to ensure accuracy of data.
- Support setting up business rules for creating and maintaining master data in the MDM tool.
- Manage data lineage and survivorship within a domain.
- Manages data requests in support of business processes.
- Root-cause analysis of MDM discrepancies or data quality issues.
- Work closely alongside Data Maintenance and IT for resolving issues.
- Analyze automotive content and data within the MDM tool.
- Help build customer templates & implement data quality checks dashboards for ELT tracking
- Assist with any category or product management data needs or requests.
- Facilitation – Understand and achieve the data objectives from leadership and internal/external business partners.
- Critical thinking / decision making - Assess situations to determine the importance of data urgency and risks and make clear decisions which are timely and in the best interests of the business.
- Influence - Influencing key stakeholders to achieve desired data results.
- Versatility - Ability to manage data projects across multiple business units, data sources and technologies.
- Occasionally assist with internal Marketing and Product Information content maintenance.
- Ability to research and resolve data or process issues and identify potential solutions.
- Mechanically inclined with a proven ability to work under pressure.

- Familiar with the AutoCare Association.
- Automotive and industry enthusiast a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Information Technology, or related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Preferred 5+ years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket.
- At least 2 years of hands-on experience with EnterWorks, Stibo, Informatica or MDM tool.
- Hands-on experience as data steward, data engineer, or data manager required.
- Experience in SQL for data preparation and analysis a plus, but not required.
- Understanding of data modeling (conceptual, logical, and physical).
- Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements (SOP focused).
- Proficiencies: Microsoft Suite, including Excel with a working knowledge of Microsoft Access.
